The OL 750 Spectroradiometer can be configured to measure the spectral transmittance of various materials with the addition of the appropriate input optics and power supply, exit optics and OL 750-424 Spectral Transmittance Application Software. Both regular (linear) and diffuse (scattered) transmittance can be measured.
The OL 750-424 Spectral Transmittance Measurement Software can compute:

- Optical Density
- Photometric Transmittance
